The Company:

Pure Search are working with a well-known financial services institution seeking a junior to mid-level banking and finance lawyer.

The role:

  • Drafting, amending, negotiating, and advising in respect of confidentiality agreements, support letters, mandate letters, term sheets, and other relevant documentation;
  • Managing the provision of external legal support to ensure that external advisers are duly and appropriately appointed, that advisers understand the Bank's risk appetite and that the Bank can place appropriate reliance on them;
  • Provision of both commercially and legally sound advice;
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders

About you:

Candidates are expected to be qualified lawyers with a round 1-4 years PQE and a background in lending, banking or finance transactions. Furthermore candidates should have leading city law firm training/experience with excellent technical and interpersonal skills. This is an outstanding opportunity to work for a leading banking institution well positioned for growth and expansion over the next few years. Any in house secondment experience will be viewed favourably.
