Finance Associate 0-3 PQE international law firm
This firm is an elite international law firm with an outstanding finance practice. The team in London acts on a variety of banking and finance matters for an enviable client roster. The practice handles a broad mix of work including debt capital markets, leveraged and acquisition finance, securitisations and more. They are now looking for an associate to further strengthen the team.
Candidates should be qualified as a solicitor with ideally up to three years of post qualification experience in a banking and finance practice, preferably with a leading international, City, national or regional law firm. You should have strong academics and good interpersonal and communication skills.
This role would suit a junior finance lawyer who is looking to join one of the foremost City law firms. You would enjoy high end work from a variety of clients, a broad diet of financing matters and would also benefit from responsibility, plenty of client contact and good development and training opportunities synonymous with an elite international law firm.
