THE ROLE

A real estate contract attorney is now sought for a 6 month contract

The candidate will be England & Wales qualified, with at least 3pqe in Real Estate.

The real estate practice group sits within the firm's finance business unit and is closely integrated with the corporate and energy business units.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will work closely with a real estate partner, who has diversified his practice to incorporate energy focused real estate work.

Over the past couple of years there has been an increase in real estate work being generated by the London office's energy team.

The energy deals have a particular focus on solar power with a large real estate element included in such deals.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a top real estate practice, in a UK or US firm, and will have experience of working in the real estate development sector.

The firm has a preference for candidates who have had exposure to working on renewable energy projects though this is not essential.
