From mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and venture capital to private and public equity and debt offerings, they assist clients through all stages of their transactions to ensure successful deal outcomes.

With one of the world's leading private equity practices, the firm has the market knowledge and exposure to help clients achieve their goals throughout the investment life cycle.

The practice is global, with private equity lawyers across the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East.

They represent private equity institutions, management teams, debt providers and, very importantly, portfolio companies through all stages of the private equity life cycle.

ABOUT YOU

A lawyer with at least 5pqe of relevant experience, the successful candidate will need to possess excellent technical skills, alongside developed team work, project management and client care abilities, gained at a firm(s) rated for Corporate work.

Candidates must also demonstrate an interest in marketing and business development and a desire to help drive the practice forward.
