DISPUTE RESOLUTION SOLICITOR 2-3 YRS PQE

We are looking for a 2 – 3 Year PQE Solicitor with experience in Dispute Resolution and Civil Litigation for our client law firm based in Stevenage. They are seeking someone who can accept responsibility quickly to assist their busy Head of Department. The successful candidate will have a sound practical grounding in Civil Litigation. As the work of the department is varied, the ideal candidate will be able to offer experience or demonstrate ability in a wide range of case type to include, commercial and residential, Landlord and Tenant, general consumer and contract, property disputes, and contentious probate. On-going support will be given and the successful candidate should be enthusiastic, thorough and hard-working. Good IT skills are important to include ability to operate case management software and use speech recognition.
