A fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Finance Solicitor. Ideally this role would suit a NQ Solicitor up to around 2 years PQE. It is essential that you have completed your training contract at a well regarded firm and have a broad working knowledge of Corporate Finance matters.
A grounding in acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring shareholdings and corporate governance is necessary to succeed in this role.
