Expanding litigation law firm is looking to hire a new Reprographics Assistant to work the hours 9.30am – 5.30pm on an ongoing basis. Duties will include you to require log all work on the call logging software, monitor and distribute faxes out of core hours, log calls for faulty machines, bind and finishing materials, creating or printing a large volume of materials using the bizhub pro machines, problem solve issues regarding MFDs and drivers and where necessary undertake tasks using MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. Candidates ideally should have previous legal print-room or reprographics experience. Stunning Offices are based in the west-end.
