Share Plans Lawyer
International law firm opportunity for a talented share plans lawyer to join this specialised share plans team in Manchester. You will work with recognised experts in share plans working with lawyers with significant expertise in advising clients on all aspects of share plans in a forwarding thinking and innovative team.
You will be a share plans lawyer with around one to four years post qualification experience and a strong background in share plans and/or transactional and advisory tax work. Having trained with a leading City or national law firm you will be keen to join a leading practice in Manchester, where you can be an integral part of the business assisting to develop this area further and make a niche for yourself in Manchester.
This role draws on a number of areas of legal knowledge; tax, employment, corporate and commercial and requires excellent drafting skills. A good eye for detail is also required together with the ability to communicate technical concepts in plain English, an organised and practical approach and strong project management skills.
