My Client is an award winning law firm operating out of 6 UK offices.They are a company like no other, with a unique, energetic culture and a focus on customers, results and performance. Due to expansion within their Wills and Estate team, they are currently seeking a Wills and Estate Planning Solicitor.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years PQE dealing with Wills and Estate.You will have General experience in drafting wills (including the use of trusts to assist in the mitigation of IHT, asset preservation and bloodline planning), trusts, estate administration, Lasting Powers of attorney and court of protection work.

The STEP qualification and membership of Solicitors for the Elderly will be an advantage though not a requirement. You will assist the Department Head, including some complex matters for high net worth clients,Court of Protection, wills, trusts, LPAs and estate administration legal services to be delivered from the Head office.

Responsibilities & Experience:

• Ability to run a caseload from inception to completion
• Ability to work unsupervised is essential
• Excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work with all levels of staff
• Experience in Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Professionalism
