Non Contentious Construction Lawyer, 2+ PQE - Melbourne
Our client is widely acknowledged to be one of the most prestigious law firms in Australia. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a talented Construction associate from the UK market at the 2+ PQE level to bolster its practice in Melbourne.
Work will involve advising on contracts for major construction and engineering projects and procurement strategy across a range of sectors in Australia and beyond, including infrastructure, real estate, energy, oil and gas. You will assist in the drafting and negotiation of contracts, as well as the management of projects from inception to completion and beyond. As such, a high quality and diverse workload can be expected from the outset.
Both contentious and non-contentious lawyers are welcomed to apply.
The successful candidate will have an exceptional academic record, strong technical skills and relevant construction experience gained from a quality practice. Strong commercial focus and top client facing skills are essential. This is an outstanding opportunity to join an established and highly regarded team.
