My client's office base spans across a number of UK cities, due to increased demand for their services they are looking to expand their Residential Conveyancing department by adding a Conveyancer to their existing team in the City Centre of Manchester.

The firm will favourably consider highly experienced Conveyancers who have experience within Residential Conveyancing and are highly competent in managing a substantial caseload. This client is a large, innovative market leading panel manager and the most successful property lawyer firm in the UK who offer a great opportunity for progression.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience within Residential Conveyancing and have experience managing your own caseload is essential
• An in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Residential Conveyancing work and have the ability to manage a challenging and varied caseload of property work accurately
• Experience with remortgages, freehold and leasehold, stair casing, transfers of equity, deed variation and, shared ownership is a necessity
• Resolving complex and technical queries involving for example, deeds of Trust, Deeds of Variation, Lease Extensions etc raised by team members and colleagues
• Identifying, monitoring and achieving targets on a monthly basis by using Managements Information Reports such as Case Referral and Phone Manager
• LLB, LPC, GDL, LLM, BPTC qualifications and a strong knowledge of the Land Registry procedures
