Mixed Construction Associate, 6+ PQE
Our client, a reputable City firm, is looking to hire a senior associate to join their London-based Construction team, doing a mix of contentious and non-contentious work.
The role will involve advising clients including contractors, sub-contractors, banks and developers on a wide variety of construction matters relating to funding, drafting, negotiations, delivery and enforcement of construction projects. In the event negotiations are unsuccessful, you will also assist with the ensuing dispute resolution or litigation.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in the construction department of a reputable firm, as well as a good academic record. They will have prior experience in both non-contentious construction and contentious, managing disputes from start to successful conclusion.
