Commercial Property Associate - Legal 100 Firm
Swindon, Wiltshire
My client are a dynamic and forward thinking firm with an excellent reputation in London and across the South West and ranked within the Legal 100. They are seeking to expand their Commercial Property team by recruiting an Associate with a minimum of 5 years' PQE to be based from their Swindon office.
You will have experience of managing a broad caseload of Commercial Property matters including freehold acquisitions and disposals, site acquisitions, development and secured lending and commercial leasehold transactions.
Business development and marketing will also be a key part of this role.
