Residential Property Solicitor

Our client an established Law Firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their office in Cheshire.

This position would suit a solicitor who is looking for the next step in their legal career.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Department the role will include but not be exclusive to:
Handling a busy caseload of Residential Property Transactions
Providing a high level of client service on all aspects of Conveyancing including:
Re-mortgages; transfer of equity right to buy; sales and purchases; lease extensions; deeds of variation.
The firm offer great prospects for Residential Conveyancing Solicitors who are keen to develop their own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters as well as building on and maintaining the already established relationships with local work referrers.

The Candidate
In order to be considered for this role candidates will:
Be an experienced Residential Property Solicitor
With the proven ability to manage an individual caseload of Conveyancing matters
Have the proven ability to meet strict billing targets
Demonstrate a keen interest in Business Development and Marketing Activities

The firm are particularly interested in hearing from Commercial Property Solicitors with a PQE level ranging from 2-4 + years. Solicitors who do not have this level of PQE but have the relevant experience should still be encouraged to apply.
