Corporate Associate, Associate/Senior Associate - Sydney, 1-8 PQE

As one of the world's leading law firms, our client advises many of the biggest and most ambitious organisations across all major regions of the globe. We are currently recruiting for a number of exciting opportunities to work in the firm's dynamic Corporate practice in Sydney, including for a Senior Associate (5+ years Aus/4+ UK PQE) and a Solicitor/Associate (2-5 years Aus/1-4 UK PQE).

Both roles will cover all aspects of corporate work, including M&A, capital markets and private equity transactions across a broad and diverse range of high-profile clients requiring cross-border and multi-jurisdictional advice.

On a day-to-day basis, you will work on some of the largest and most interesting transactions around and you will work closely with leading partners in the team. In the Senior Associate role, you will have client management responsibilities and will be involved in supervising more junior team members. In addition to high quality work, these roles offer excellent training and career development opportunities.

The successful candidate should be a qualified lawyer, with an excellent academic profile and at least 1 year post qualification corporate experience gained at a leading firm in the market. We welcome applications from Australian or New Zealand-admitted lawyers returning from overseas or UK-qualified lawyers looking to relocate to Australia.
