Business Development Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious BD Executive or similar looking for that all important next career step, or even for a junior BD Manager looking for the opportunity to broaden their horizons at an international firm.
If you have a proven background in either a law firms or other professional services environments and can demonstrate your ability to innovate and deliver, then our client has the opportunity that will allow you to shine. Main duties will be;
- Working closely with the partners to development and implement strategies and business plans for their sector, spanning international offices.
- Act as the liaison and lynchpin between the practice group and the centralised marketing team to allow collaboration and effective communication.
- Drafting high impact pitches across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.
- Take responsibility for managing the practice's client development programme.
They are keen to find someone who actively seeks to understand the business as a whole and is able to consider the impact other BD/client activity taking place across the firm impacts the practice and responds accordingly.
Ideal candidates will have experience making sure that internal systems such as InterAction are used to full effect and are able to work collaboratively with the central marketing team to maintain and develop best practice processes and knowledge sharing.
Experience within a multi-jurisdictional environment would be extremely advantageous, as would at least a years’ experience in a role with some team management responsibilities.
