Our client has a strong focus on real estate and is renowned nationally for its top ranking real estate practice. With a view to succession planning this role presents a fantastic opportunity for a senior property solicitor to join a national firm with a clear path to partnership.

You will be involved in all aspects of property development and regeneration schemes, advising and undertaking acquisitions of development sites for residential and mixed use from cradle to grave.  The team are engaged in good local projects and innovative schemes on a regional and national basis.  Due to a significant increase in instructions, particularly due to investment from the Middle East into the region the firm really wants to drive this work forward with this appointment playing a key role. 

With significant property development experience either from a residential or commercial background, you will handle all aspects of property development work for the private sector and registered housing providers whilst also having the opportunity to develop and train juniors in the team.  

With a significant amount of private sector developer work you must have good property development experience, although not necessarily with a background in registered provider work.  You will also have strong technical property knowledge and will want to be engaged in key developments for a leading real estate team.

This appointment is a significant one for the firm and a real opportunity for a senior property lawyer either at senior associate level looking to progress or a partner in a mid-tier firm looking to take the step up to a national.
