Our client, a top US law firm, is seeking Corporate Paralegals to join their Funds team in their London office. Paralegal duties and responsibilities will encompass working alongside other paralegals in support of the Associates and Partners on large scale transactions, preparing documents, filings, ancillary documents and complex research/analysis. This is not an exhaustive job description and other ad hoc Paralegal duties will be required.
To be considered for this role, suitable paralegals will require a minimum 2:1 degree, LPC as well a minimum of 1 years' corporate paralegal experience gained at a top UK or US law firm. Candidates that studied Corporate electives are also urged to apply.
