Commercial Property Locum – West Midlands – up to £40 per hour DOE – 2- 3 months on-going

We are seeking a Commercial Property Fee Earner to provide locum cover pending appointment of a permanent member of staff. The assignment will be on an on-going basis and is estimated to continue for circa 2 to 3 months.

The role will entail assisting a busy team and handling a caseload of commercial property matters to include leases, sales, purchases and easements. A dedicated secretary will provide full administrative support. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and assume responsibility for the workload with minimal supervision.

We are keen to hear from Solicitors and Legal Executives with availability to commence the assignment immediately or within the next few weeks.

The location is easily accessible and there are superb public transport links.
