My client is a top tier Legal 500 and Chamber and Partners national firm who are looking to bolster their London personal injury team with the addition of an NQ - 5 PQE lawyer.

The successful candidate will be working directly with a partner, highly regarded by the Legal 500 in the area of catastrophic injury and asbestos claims.

The highly acclaimed PI Department represents claimants who have suffered catastrophic injuries, including amputation, severe brain injury and spinal injuries and other major transport disasters, accidents at work, construction site accidents and road traffic accidents. The PI Department has a highly successful asbestos and industrial disease practice. In the last ten years they have successfully secured millions of pounds in compensation for clients in cases relating to asbestos exposure, including pleural thickening, asbestosis, lung cancer and mesothelioma.

The role is highly challenging and will ideally suit an ambitious personal injury lawyer. Demonstrable relevant experience in assisting an independent, multi-track and high value personal injury caseload is essential. In order to be successful, candidates must possess excellent analytical skills and have a genuine interest in working with claimants who have suffered personal injuries.

The successful candidate will get an opportunity to build a legal career within a top Legal 500 Firm, regarded by legal directories as an outstanding, claimant PI practice. Working alongside some of the best PI claimant lawyers, s/he will experience a supportive and friendly environment which hosts regular social activities and events.
