Fraud Paralegal - leading national firm - Bolton
Are you an RTA Paralegal looking to progress your career within the area of RTA fraud?
This leading national legal 500 firm are specialists within insurance fraud and are currently seeing expansion across several areas of their fraud teams and are now looking to recruit experienced RTA Paralegals into their motor fraud team.
The role will offer genuine career progression routes and many of the senior members of the department started in junior roles and have stayed and developed within the firm.
Your as Fraud Paralegal will be to manage a caseload of pre litigated cases on behalf of a cross section of insurance clients. The role requires a forensic and analytical approach to dealing with evidence and attention to detail.
It is anticipated that on joining the team, you will initially handle a caseload largely consisting of motor related claims, with opportunities to handle other types of suspected fraudulent claims.
You must have experience of handing pre-litigated RTA cases in either a claimant or defendant law firm, experience of fraud would be highly desirable, or alternatively, a desire to progress your career in fraud is essential.
