Residential Conveyancer

A well respected centrally based Peterborough firm are on the lookout for experienced conveyancing fee earners to join their residential property team and be part of their ambitious expansion plans. This role is open to both qualified lawyers and experienced unqualified fee earners.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 years experience in handling their own caseload from start to finish and have a good working knowledge of the conveyancing process as well as being highly organised in order to operate effectively in a thriving department. You will be expected to deal with a varied caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages and new build transactions from start to finish. As well as the technical side of things it is expected that you will also get involved in the business development activities of the firm and the department. This firm is already a well established firm that has been around for many years and has realistic and ambitious plans for expansion and so now is a fantastic time to get into a growing, ambitious and successful firm.
