A leading provider of legal services is seeking a motivated Private Client Locum for a fixed term maternity cover of one year in their Essex office. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in handling wills, tax and probate matters. Duties will include but not be limited to:
-Making Court of Protection applications
-Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and registering Existing Enduring Powers of Attorney with Office of the Public Guardian
-Dealing with assets and transfers of property and registering restrictions where required
-Providing home visits to clients where necessary
