A new opportunity has arisen for a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join one of the country's most renowned clinical negligence teams.
As a market leading healthcare litigation team, there is an impressive public and private sector client base in place to include the NHSLA, MDU, BUPA and NHS Trusts and the firm has a clear commitment to healthcare law.
Working within a close-knit, professional team you will be responsible for your own caseload of pre litigated and litigated complex clinical negligence cases across a broad range of areas to include oncology, paediatrics, cerebral palsy and surgery. In addition, you will be actively involved in business development and training where possible.
To benefit from this opportunity, you will be a qualified Solicitor or Associate with solid defendant clinical negligence/healthcare litigation experience, preferably gained within an NHSLA panel law firm. You will also be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the NHS and knowledge of delivering against protocols and KPIs.
Applications will also be considered from individuals with claimant clinical negligence or defendant personal injury experience and an excellent academic record.
