Residential Property Paralegal Job - Legal 500 and Chambers Ranked Firm - Bath

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Legal 500 and chambers ranked firm based in Bath who are seeking a Residential Property Paralegal / Assistant to join their expanding friendly team. You will be assisting with residential property transactional work and you must be able to work as part of a small team but have the motivation to work alone and the ability to manage your workload efficiently. Previous experience within Residential Property is highly desirable and you will possess strong client communication skills.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a law degree and ideally you will be LPC / CILEX qualified and possess a good understanding of the conveyancing process including preparing contract packs, carrying out searches, dealing with SDLT forms and payments, completing applications to the Land Registry and preparation of financial statements.
