Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Our client an established Law Firm is looking to recruit an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their office in Bolton.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Department the role will include but is not exclusive to:
Assisting the partner and senior solicitor on a caseload of technically complex and high value cases
Managing your own caseload of Clinical Negligence cases
Adhering to strict billing targets
Liaising with Senior Solicitors and other Fee earners within the team
Advising Clients when necessary on clinical negligence matters

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced Clinical negligence solicitor, to join a well established team .

The Candidate
To be considered candidates will have :
A minimum of 3 years post qualified experience gained within Clinical Negligence.
Claimant experience is preferable although defendant candidates will be considered
