In House Counsel

A broad-ranging in-house counsel role with a global end-to-end marketing, communications and logistics company. Providing services to all sectors of the market, from retail automotive groups to central government, this company's in-house legal team is expected to handle a range of different matters on a daily basis.

A talented junior lawyer with good commercial experience to date and the desire to work with a close-knit team in a modern, progressive office in London is now being sought to join the team as In House Counsel.

Responsibilities of the In House Counsel role:

• drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a range of commercial agreements (both domestic and cross-border). These may include production contracts, advertising agreements, supply of goods and services, technology agreements, outsourcing contracts
• advice on regulatory matters
• assistance with commercial operations of the wider business domestically and globally
• provision of ad-hoc legal advice to business stakeholders

The client believes that the work this role involves will be best suited to a candidate with 1-3 years PQE, but application of other levels of experience will also be considered.
