Planning Lawyer

A friendly Local Authority client based in the East of England is seeking a Planning Lawyer to join their team on an interim basis.

As a Planning Lawyer within the team, the successful applicant will hold a full and varied caseload from the outset including S.106 agreements, CPO matter and Highways matters. Our client is seeking a reliable and capable locum to hit the ground running within the team, those with a background in local authorities will be of particular interest although candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Our client is a busy authority based within walking distance from the local train station. The offices are based in the city centre, surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars.
