Lease Extension Lawyer

Specialist lease extension lawyer required for long established law firm based in Salisbury.

The department has double in size and shall continue to grow over the course of the next 2 years.

The role will be exclusively lease extension, with some enfranchisement and right to manage cases for both freeholders and tenants, responsible for running a caseload.

Ideally, the role would suit a qualified or unqualified fee fee earner that has handled a caseload of lease extension work and can work unsupervised for a minimum of 2 years.

There is chance to progress within this role and play an active part with dealing with broad range of clients and play an active part within business development and marketing.
