LVI Fee Earner

Highly established law firm in Merseyside are currently recruiting for an LVI Fee Earner.

The successful applicant will be responsible for a caseload of litigated and non-litigated PI claims that involve fraud allegations or Low Velocity Impact.

All applicants must have previous experience of handling LVI matters, under minimal supervision. It is essential that candidates are experienced in instructing counsel and attending conferences and hearings. Applicants must have a good working knowledge of the CPR, case law and legislation.

The salary on offer is negotiable, dependent upon experience.
