This is an exciting opportunity for a residential property solicitor looking to take the next step in their career. Our clients, a niche practice situated in Surrey are now looking for a 3+PQE solicitor to join their private client property team.

They are looking for a solicitor to act for clients on new build acquisitions in the Far East. You will be acting for HNW clients on a range of matters including;
-          Sales & purchases
-          Refinancing
-          Option agreements
-          Conditional contracts
-          New homes

Joining a highly experienced team of 8 you will work closely with their commercial property department delivering the highest levels of client care and customer satisfaction, offering a unique service.
