Are you a construction legal executive with experience in non-contentious construction matters? Would you like to work for a key client at a leading international law firm?
You will be a construction legal executive with experience of letters of intent, pre-construction agreements, building contracts (using client bespoke form minor works contracts, amending the JCT Minor Works Contracts (with/without contractor design portion), the JCT Intermediate Form Contract (with/without contractor design portion) and the JCT Design and Build Contract), novation agreements and collateral warranties. You will work for one of the firms key retail development clients handling an interesting range of projects alongside a senior legal executive (full team of 4). The firm can offer an excellent caseload and a genuine career to a dynamic and ambitious individual.
