Banking Lawyer - In House

OUR CLIENT

Our client, a leading wealth manager seeks to recruit a lawyer with a banking background to join an established in house legal department

THE ROLE

The post holder will be expected to provide legal and strategic support to the the business and offshore teams.

The role will involve advising on and developing current and proposed financial services products mainly for the offshore market this will involve aspects of portfolio management, investments, derivatives and structured products.

Services handled by this division will include discretionary portfolio management, investment advice, structured products and derivatives.

Other aspects of the role will involve advising on risk management and aspect of developing regulatory legislation
