In House Compliance Counsel – Compliance – Interim – South East England
We seek a UK qualified lawyer to undertake a role as In House Compliance Counsel in Compliance on an interim basis within a strongly established energy business.
Ideally you will have experience in commodity trading markets, i.e. with an energy company or a bank, preferably in a Compliance or regulatory environment.
- You will have an understanding of the FCA Handbook including the Conduct of Business Sourcebook (COBS) as well as the relevant provisions on market abuse and insider trading
- Relevant professional experience in commodity trading markets, preferably in a compliance or regulatory environment including a thorough understanding of the laws relating to anti-money laundering, market abuse, fraud and respective FCA regulations
