Corporate Partner US Law Firm

This firm is a US law firm with offices across the globe. Keen to grow their London office, they are looking for a senior UK lawyer to lead and grow their corporate practice. This role would suit either a junior partner or a talented senior associate with partnership aspirations. There is a real opportunity here for a skilled and entrepreneurial corporate lawyer.

The firm's current client base includes blue chip corporations, start-ups, private businesses and private equity funds. There is a business stream that needs servicing and developing and this is part of the opportunity. A book of business is recommended, but more important, you will have the drive and the ambition to develop a clear and sustainable route to market over time.

The right candidate will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 7 years of post qualification experience, in a leading Corporate practice. You should be technically astute and have a broad corporate law skill set. You will have experience advising on high value cross-border transactions.
