Private Equity Funds Senior Associate US Law Firm

This firm is a US law firm with a global footprint. Keen to grow, they are looking for a funds lawyer to manage and grow their private equity funds practice in London. This role would suit a talented senior associate with partnership aspirations. There is a real opportunity here for an ambitious and entrepreneurial funds solicitor.

This is a key practice area for the firm and they help clients manage and structure funds. Clients include private equity firms, investment funds, venture and seed capitalists and family offices. There is a business stream that needs servicing and developing and access to the firm's international client base is part of the opportunity. You will also have the drive and the skill set to develop a sustainable and clear route to market over time.

The right candidate will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 7 years of post qualification experience, in a leading funds practice. You should be technically astute and enthusiastic about business development.
