Highly-regarded mid-tier City firm require a 1-3 PQE associate with strong experience in Banking Litigation to join their excellent Disputes practice.

Situated within the wider Disputes team, the Banking Litigation team at this excellent mid-tier City practice boast a fantastic reputation for complex Banking Disputes work. Emphasising a friendly and supportive culture, the team has expanded rapidly over the past few years, primarily due to the quality of their work. An additional hire at the 1-3 PQE level is now required as a result of this expansion.

The successful applicant should have gained solid experience in Banking Litigation work at either a leading City, National, or Regional practice, and will have experience in acting for clients in relation to the full spectrum of Banking Disputes. This will include disputes of forex derivatives, mis-selling of interest rate and currency derivatives, FCA investigations, and HNW individuals in relation to advice given by the financial advisors.
