Ideally they are looking for someone with experience in M&A, private equity, corporate reorganisations and joint venture matters. The team is currently handling some high value, high profile deals in the region of £10million+. They have a large client base (many names of which will be familiar to you), including public and private corporates as well as owner managed businesses.
