Commercial Paralegal

My client, a highly recognisable commercial organisation, is looking for a paralegal to join their UK based legal team. The appointee will collaborate with all other departments of the firm, in order to provide legal advice across Europe.  

The main responsibilities will involve:

• Drafting and revising commercial contracts
• Identification of legal risk
• Carrying out legal research and drafting preliminary advice on a variety of areas.
• Organising the various legal and commercial databases and providing training on how they are to be used.

The ideal candidate will have relevant corporate and commercial experience gained in private-practice or in-house. They should have excellent academics, alongside a strong knowledge of word, excel and legal databases. Furthermore, the chosen candidate will be confident working effectively in a team; with strong interpersonal skills desirable, as the appointee will be required to make strong working relationships across the company.
