Currently recruiting for a share plans specialist solicitor, this firm is looking for someone who has circa 1-4PQE either solely in share plans or with a genuine desire to focus their career on this area (but you must have a transactional and advisory tax background).
During a period of change, this is an exciting area of law to focus on, not least with media spotlight on diversity and gender pay issues and growing awareness of the the importance of financially-related workplace benefits and the need for financial education.
The successful candidate will have worked in share plans and have a broad knowledge of tax, employment, corporate and commercial, strong drafting skills, excellent communication skills and be a good project manager.
