A Top 200 firm who deal with City style work are currently recruiting for a Corporate Finance Solicitor. This leading firm have attracted many ex City Lawyers who want to deal high quality work but work in a firm that is a far from the ordinary commercial machine in the City.

The corporate finance team is rated in the top tiers of both Chambers and Legal 500. The role will be interesting and varied with an international element including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate advisory.
You will be a Corporate Finance NQ or have up to 3 years PQE. You will have good academics and have worked in a Legal 500 or West End/City firm, having dealt with a diverse caseload including accelerated M & A, restructuring and insolvency.
