With this in mind, our client are seeking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis.
This dynamic firm are seeking to recruit an ambitious and driven Commercial Litigation Solicitor to take on their growing Commercial Litigation caseload. Working with SME's and private individuals, this Commercial Litigation Solicitor opportunity will require the successful candidate to attend matters pertaining to, but not limited to:
- Breach of contracts
- Commercial and company disputes
- Professional indemnity
- Fraud
- Partnership and shareholder agreements
Applications will be considered from those candidates who are a qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor, or equivalent who is around 5 years' PQE*, and who is passionate about networking and growing their business. Being able to speak French would be a considerable advantage, though not required.
