MOJ Team Leader

A Personal Injury Team Leader is required to manage a team of Industrial Disease Paralegals for our client, a large and expanding personal injury firm in Aldershot.

You will lead and manage the claimant team making sure they adhere to KPI's and financial targets monitoring the team's progress. You will also lead by example and review each team member's performance.

You will have experience managing the following :-

Your team's financial performance and KPI's
Case management
People management to include conducting 121's with all team members, call monitoring and conducting reviews and appraisals
Budget Forecasting

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of MOJ Fee Earners dealing with Case Management systems using the MOJ Portal.

Salary will be up to £35,000 depending on experience.
