Legal Reprographics Supervisor - City Based Firm

Our client, one of the largest specialist technology vendors in the UK are looking for a Legal Reprographics Supervisor to join their expanding reprographics department in London and run the night shift (11pm to 7am). The company provides a full range of services including data collection, computer forensics, data processing, document hosting, managed services, outsourced review and reprographic services. The role will be based in the reprographics team, supporting a variety of legal reprographics projects, and you will be responsible for managing the team in a busy and high performing reprographics department. Duties will include: • Supervision and mentoring of reprographics staff • Management of complex projects often to demanding timescales • Business administrations tasks linked to the reprographics department • Quality checking of work prior to delivery to clients • Liaising with clients and negotiating deadlines Technical skills required: • Experience of Batch printing / blow backs. • Knowledge of scanning software such as Kofax, PaperStream Capture, Capture Pro • Knowledge of Law PreDiscovery is desired but is not essential • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word • Experience of creating e-Bibles • Good working knowledge of technical software The company is ideally looking for someone with previous experience working within a reprographics or technical department, ideally from a legal/litigation support background, or from an IT background. Prior experience as a supervisor is desired but is not essential.
