Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Our client, a well-established commercial law firm with strong roots across the South Yorkshire region, is committed to building long-term relationships with individuals and businesses alike, this leading firm have an embedded philosophy of surpassing their client's expectations. With this is mind, our client are looking to expand their Commercial Litigation team, recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor.

This dynamic firm are seeking to recruit a passionate and confident Commercial Litigation Solicitor to take on their growing Commercial Litigation caseload. This role would include, but is not limited to:

• Business to business disputes
• Contractual disputes
• Professional negligence claims
• Defamation
• Injunctions
• Shareholder disputes and property litigation

Experience in contentious insolvency or probate matters would be valuable but not essential. The ideal candidate for this Commercial Litigation Solicitor role will be a qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor, FILEX or equivalent with upwards of 3 years PQE* who has substantial commercial experience.
