Commercial Property Fee Earner

Our client, a well-established, a LEXCEL and CQS accredited firm have a reputation of providing high standard, quality services to their clients. This firm pride themselves on building a team of specialists, who take client care seriously. With this in mind, our client are looking to expand their current Commercial Property offering and recruit a Commercial Property Fee Earner on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Commercial Property Fee Earner, you will be required to take on a full range of Commercial Property matters of mid to high value transactions. This role will entail, but is not limited to;

• Dealing will aspects of buying
• Selling and letting of commercial premises
• Landlord and tenant matters and lease renewals

Ideally the successful Commercial Property Fee Earner will be a qualified Commercial Solicitor, FILEX or equivalent with 3-5 years' PQE*, with notable experience in Commercial matters. Those applicants who have a personable demeanour, who are ambitious and driven will be of high interest to our client.
