Commercial Litigation Solicitor

My client is a leading Regional law firm who are Legal 500 rated with offices in Central Leeds and they are looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor for their office. Candidates ideally need to be + 1 yrs PQE and salary is negotiable.

My client is a leading Regional law firm who are Legal 500 rated who are looking to add to their Leeds office in the Commercial Litigation team. The team in Leeds has gone through growth and they are looking to add an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to that team. Candidates can expect to be dealing with first class litigation work and this is expected to be done to highest quality. The work will be very mixed and you will be expected to be a strong technical litigator. Caseload will consist of mixed Commercial Litigation such as Commercial contract disputes, Shareholders and partnerships, Mergers and acquisitions - warranty claims, General real estate/development agreements, Professional negligence claims and Supply and distribution agreements.

Candidates are expected to be at a junior level with a guidance of + 1 years PQE. Salary is negotiable!
