The successful candidate will have circa 2- 5 years experience working as a Costs Draftsman/ Costs Negotiator. You will be dealing with a good quality caseload of predominately defendant matters involving a mix of personal injury, clinical negligence as well as commercial issues. Your duties will include drafting bills of costs & PODs as well as negotiating settlement.
