This leading international firm is now seeking 2 x associates to join it’s busy Real Estate team.
The work will cover general real estate and real estate finance deal-work, including corporate and investment property acquisitions and disposals, acquisitions of real estate loan portfolios, acquisition financing and joint ventures. The client base is predominantly made up of European and US financial investors.
The successful candidates will have 1-4 PQE and good experience in real estate finance-deal work and/or general real estate from a reputable law firm. You would be working closely with a broad range of associates and partners in the firm’s transactional practices, so should be a confident and personable solicitor with a flair for developing relationships with internal and external clients.
Candidates who are ambitious self-starters and who have an entrepreneurial approach would fit in well with their dynamic practice.
