This leading funds Practice is looking for a private funds associate to join its established team based in London. Their clients include the likes of independent and joint venture boutiques, newly established firms, investment banks and other financial institutions, and multi-strategy investment management firms. They advise on a variety of Middle Eastern, European and emerging markets and private investment funds.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE gained from a Magic Circle or top US firm and will have strong academics. You will have substantial experience in private equity funds formation.
